It is with the greatest of sadness that we inform you of the passing of our Regional
Minister, Jim Leverette.
Although the cause of his death is uncertain, Jim had been a diabetic for many years and
was increasingly struggling with his health, as of late.
Please be praying for Jim’s wife Cheryl, his son Nathan & daughter-in-law, Alise &
grandson Ender; his daughter Stephanie & son-in-law, Scott & granddaughter Margot; his
parents Jake & Peggy, his sisters Rebekah, Susan & Sarah as well as his sister-in-law,
Julie.
We all knew Jim to be a strong leader who was motivated by his life-long commitment to
faithfully follow our Lord. Even though ‘we do not grieve as those without hope’ all of
us who had the privilege to serve alongside of Jim will deeply miss our colleague & our
friend & our brother in Christ.
